Boyce (affectionately called “Boyce”) and I discuss pen names (why and when to use one), her outlining process shared in episode 12, the different types of magic systems for fantasy, new books she’s working on, how as Creatives we often deal with burnout (but there’s hope to prevent it!) and ways to deal with out-of-our-control trauma such as COVID-19, and finally... how hard it was to keep her language PG, lol.
